Rental Prices & Availability

Rental prices are quoted in £ Sterling and are per apartment for up to 5 people, not per person.  Minimum stay 3 nights.  Flexible changeover day.  Stays spanning different price brackets will be charged pro rata on the daily rate.

Maid service, linen, water and electricity are all included in the rental price.

A 25% deposit is required to secure any booking please. 

Full payment of the balance is required 6 weeks prior to departure.

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

Please add £100 refundable security deposit to the final payment to safeguard us against any breakages/damage to the property.  This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your return from holiday as long as the apartment is left in good condition.  Minor breakages of the odd glass or plate etc. will not be charged, but please inform us so that we can arrange replacements.

Arrival/Departure

As we do back to back bookings, guests can access the apartment by 3pm on the day of arrival (possibly earlier if the apartment is vacant/cleaning is completed).

Guests must vacate the property by 11am on the day of departure.  If you have a late flight home and require the apartment for a further half day please ask and we will try to accommodate you free of charge if at all possible.  This is dependent however, on new guests’ arrival time and cannot be guaranteed.  Alternatively there is a lock up facility at the Orka Club Hotel, and guests can use the hotel facilities including lockers and showers in the Turkish bath on site.
