Location

Set in the hillside above Ovacik with mountain views on all sides, it takes around 10 minutes to walk to the centre of Ovacik.  There you will find local shops where you can buy food, water and everyday essentials, and several restaurants serving good food at very reasonable prices.  The Orka Club Hotel is also located here.  Continue walking for about a further 10 minutes and you will be in Hisaronu. Here you will find numerous shops, restaurants, bars and clubs (more commercialised than Ovacik) and a local market on Mondays. 

Please note that Orka provide free transport between any Orka properties in the area for our guests when using their facilities, so pop to the Orka Club Hotel bar for a drink and ask for a lift back to the apartment for example, if you don't fancy the walk back after an evening out.  There is also a taxi call button just across the road from the apartment.

From the main road in Ovacik, the local buses (dolmus) run every few minutes during the day.  These are a very inexpensive and convenient way to get around and will take you to Hisaronu in a couple of minutes, Olu Deniz in about 10 minutes and Fethiye in about 15-20 minutes.  The service stops at midnight, but taxis are readily available for any late night revellers!
