About the Apartment
The
apartment is a modern, spacious duplex with large floor to ceiling
windows or patio doors
in all main rooms allowing in plenty of natural light and views of
the Babadag Mountains and Ovacik Valley.
It comprises of a roomy open plan lounge
area, kitchen and dining area plus a cloakroom with WC and washbasin
on one level, with a marble staircase leading to 2 bedrooms with
ensuite shower rooms on the other.
As both bedrooms have their own ensuite
facilities the home is ideal for 2 couples sharing as well as for
families. The apartment sleeps 4 people in comfort, with a large
double bed and 2 single beds,
but
will accommodate 5 with the use of a Z bed suitable for a
child or small adult. For
babies, a travel cot is provided.
Although similar apartments are often
advertised as sleeping 6, we feel this compromises the space
in the living areas. The apartment is air conditioned throughout with units that also provide
heating in the cooler winter months.

area with 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, occasional table with
lamp, large LCD satellite TV, DVD player and air conditioning.
To the front, patio doors open onto a
private terrace with gardens, swimming pool and views of the mountains
beyond. To the rear, patio doors open to a balcony with views of the
mountains and Ovacik Valley.
Fitted
kitchen with granite worktops and plenty of storage space.
Fully
equipped with oven, halogen hob, large fridge/ freezer, washing
machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, clothes airer/dryer, iron and
ironing board.
Crockery and cutlery provided for 6.
Dining area with table and chairs and floor to ceiling windows with
mountain & Ovacik Valley views. Door
to rear balcony.
The cloakroom is located just inside the front door, ideal for use when out by the pool. WC, washbasin and mirror with light above.
Bedroom 1

double bed with bedside units and lamps. Large mirrored wardrobe
with plenty of hanging/shelf space. Vanity unit with mirror and
stool.
Air conditioning. Ensuite shower room with large walk in shower, WC,
washbasin and vanity unit with mirror and light above.
Patio doors from the bedroom to the rear terrace and private garden area.

terrace and private garden area.
Outside
As you
can see from the photographs below, the pool is a few steps away
from the apartment.
We have the benefit of private garden
areas to the immediate front, side and rear of the apartment for
sole use of guests in A1.
With 2 terraces and a balcony facing
different aspects you should be able to find a sunny or shady spot
outdoors as you wish.
There are 2 tables and 6 chairs provided
outside, so you can enjoy al fresco dining and relax watching the
sunset. Automatic
lighting comes on when entering or leaving the apartment after dark.

the pool (for safety, please do not take glasses outside)

apartment only, please bring your own pool/beach towels)
